Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Then only  to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?

A very merry artist christmas from RN

Alright so since the holidays are creeping around the corner, I will be doing something I have been wanting to do since 2005. It is something I call. "A very merry artist christmas" :3 Now what is a very merry artist christmas, It is something I came up with to show the people of the world who my idols were back in the day. (2003-2008) when I started playing Neopets I stumbled upon a pet page with a beautiful faerie Kougra named Shacar and I adore the artwork and have always wanted to draw like that person. (The person I am talking about doesn't put stuff on DA anymore. Stupid art thieves >:( ) Than there was more and more Kougras I loved and even Draiks and other pets. So ever since than I have always wanted to improve my drawing skills so I could one day be like them. My drawings since 2003 have improved like insane! So I have learned something from these artist.

Now on the main point of this thing I am doing this. I will be drawing each of my idols pets through the month of december. I will draw a pet all 31 days so be expecting a lot of neopets drawing :3 I will not be putting up the artist names nor pets in the Journal until the drawing is done. :3 Why just cause I want you wait ok. :3

I do hope I can finish this task with finals coming up I have to hall ass and study like crazy. So if I am a day late on posting a drawing please don't fuss it will probably be up the next day.  




Other News

So what have I have been up to lately, well, I am currently saving up for my fursuit  :3 which now Roko is a cat and not a wolf. Why, Cause there are way to many wolf fursona and not enough cats. Also I am also saving up for material for Blade Liger. Do understand I have to get all my friends and family christmas gifts before I can even think about getting stuff for me!! So it could be a few weeks. :/ I know I don't want to wait either but I must.
